Getting started….

I’m incredibly fortunate.

Every workday provides me with opportunities to learn, to collaborate, and to improve. That’s as true today as it was when my career began.

By embarking on this writing adventure, I hope to share my thoughts and experiences, gathered over the course of many such workdays. Undoubtedly, I will focus on the human aspects of work (a unifying theme in what I do) and how to overcome the complexities arising from them.

It’s unlikely that I’ll change the world here. But if nothing else, I can provide a compelling case for the value of leadership, partnership, and communication, and how they can influence business outcomes.
